“Oops she did it again.” Sorry not sorry…but how could I NOT, y’know?
Britney Spears, often referred to as the “Princess of Pop,” seemed to have it all – a highly successful musical career, millions of fans, you name it. But things started falling apart in 2007, when she made headlines for a very public breakdown that included shaving her head and attacking a photographer’s car with her umbrella. By 2008 she had lost custody of her children and involuntarily placed in a conservatorship.
Fast forward a decade or more, and Britney was still having her ups and downs. She was still performing and making records. She even landed a residency in Las Vegas. But her father still had control of her money and her person, under the terms of the conservatorship. Spears also had a public battle over money she gave to her ex-husband, hospitalization due to mental health issues, and the police her called to her home due to an altercation between her and her housekeeper.
Spears’ conservatorship ended in 2021. She remarried in 2022 and divorced (“irreconcilable differences”) a year later. She still makes the news now and then, such as her long-running feud with family members, when her new book was released, and when she posted pictures of herself nude, when vacationing in French Polynesia.
So it wasn’t super surprising to wake up the other day to the news that Britney Spears has been banned from the Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village in Los Angeles due to complaints of, as per multiple sources, “bizarre behavior.”

Spears lives near the 5-star, family-friendly hotel, and has been visiting it for years. In fact, she was banned from the same hotel in 2008, for inappropriate behavior. In the past, she’d been known to share nude photos on her Instagram of herself at the hotel, in a suite. But now she’s apparently upped the game:
An insider disclosed that she has been causing headaches for the staff, and her banishment from the hotel has been an ongoing cycle of being banned, unbanned, and banned again over the past year. Guests have reportedly complained about her topless poolside activities, which made them uncomfortable, and her behavior has been described as bizarre and annoying.
And so she’s banned from the property once again.
Spears posted her response to the newest ban on her Instagram account. The account is private, but was described as a video of her wearing a sparkly gold showgirl outfit with a deep V-neck. The straps of her black bra were showing. She also was said to wear a black choker necklace and black high heels.
Spears was said to step back and forth in the video, smiling and posing. “Awkward silence… I love making people uncomfortable… here’s to gold.”
