Register Now for Hilton Honors’ Winter Double Your Stay Promotion

Hilton Honors has offered bonus point promotions for hotel stays on a rolling schedule, launching a new offer a few weeks before the current one ended. Hilton seems to be rotating through the same types of promotions, and I’d even say they’ve become predictable.

With the current Power Up promotion ending on December 31st, you can now sign up for the Double Your Stay promotion, which kicks off on January 1st. Here’s what you need to know about the upcoming offer and how it stacks up…

Double Your Stay Promotion

The Double Your Stay promotion is simple to understand. From January 1 through April 30, 2025, Hilton Honors members can earn double base points for all eligible stays. To participate, Hilton Honors members must register for the promotion before their check-out at www.HiltonHonors.com/DoubleYourStay. As with other Hilton promotions, stays must be completed by the end of the promotion period to earn bonus points. Stays that begin before January 1, 2025, will receive credit if completed on or after that date and before or on April 30, 2025.

Hilton points out that a stay is defined as the total number of consecutive nights spent at the same hotel, whether or not a guest checks out and checks back in again. However, for this promotion, it doesn’t matter as much since the bonus is based on the points earned, not the number of stays.

Hilton Promotions

When Hilton runs promotions, they usually offer either extra points for each stay or double base points. Personally, I prefer the double points promotion. With the extra points per stay offers, you earn a set amount of points regardless of how long you stay, which is great if you visit multiple hotels for short periods. However, for longer stays at a single property, like we tend to do, the double points offer is more valuable.

Tips to Maximize Hilton Honors Promotions

With promotions like Double Your Stay, Hilton Honors remains one of the most consistent loyalty programs for rewarding its members. These promotions might not be the reason someone switches their reservations to Hilton, but they do help keep loyal Hilton fans booking stays at their properties instead of being tempted by competitors.
