Cruise company VIRGIN VOYAGES is excited to be bringing underwater WiFi service to all Virgin Voyages ship. They’re calling it “Wai-Fi.”
The next time you rent a car, perhaps you can get a CHEVROLET with a brand new “selfie steering wheel.”
SWOOP AIR is introducing the “Duty Not Free” program to help you save even more when nature calls (or when it doesn’t) on their low-cost carrier.
WALT DISNEY WORLD has invented a new kind of churro, for when you want salad and dessert at the same time.
VIRGIN AUSTRALIA is introducing Spin Class, the world’s first in-flight cycling studio.

EMIRATES AIRLINE revealed SkyLounge, a completely transparent lounge, will be on its Boeing 777X fleet.

WESTJET announced that WestJet Reward Gold members will have access to a personal digital assistant to help them with their travel plans. They also announced a new tier for their rewards programs, the Titanium Diamond tier.

OYO HOTELS, based out of India, said it plans to launch a digital currency of its own, Oyo Smart Coin, which will all consumers to transact on its website with reduced prices.

ALDI SUPERMARKETS is known as HOFER in Germany. Hofer announced the launch of their own airline service, called Hofair.
SOUTHWEST AIRLINES introduced SWAlexa, the smart heart created for life’s little uh-ohs.
FLYBE AIRLINE, based on the UK, announced Flybe International Bee Breeding Scheme (F.I.B.B.S.), a new partnership between Flybe and the British Beekeepers Association.
This one’s my favorite (or in this case, favourite). British passports changed from blue to burgundy – the EU passport color – in 1988. In a symbolic post-Brexit move, the British government announced they were going to switch back to blue. This is what the EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT posted April 1, 2018:

TREACYS HOTEL ENNISCORTHY, based in County Wexford, Ireland, has announced that people born on April 1 can get a free night in their hotel on selected dates throughout April.
SILVERADO RESORT AND SPA, a Dolce Resort in Napa, CA, is offering a 24-hour April Fools’ rate that starts at $129.
