Or another example – I remember one time Joe and I had a trip where we started in Los Angeles (where it was warm), and then went to Alaska (where it was cold), so we needed to have a week’s worth of entirely different sets of clothing. So what do you do? Well, you can pay for multiple bags. Or have overstuffed bags that are too heavy.
Or you can have your bags shipped!

You get to control what kind of extras/options to include, if any, which can include pickup (as opposed to drop off), value protection, custom luggage tag, enhanced tracking, on-time guarantee, support via chat, email and/or phone support, and the flexibility to make your shipment changeable or refundable.
Besides carry-on or full-sized luggage, LugLess is able to ship larger items such as golf bags and skis, and is even able to ship items to/from school, say at the beginning or end of the semester.
Here are some examples if I wanted to ship what would normally be a checked 1 bag or 2 bags (under 50 pounds each) from Orlando for it/them to arrive at its destination on July 1, 2019:

Besides how far out you’re willing/able to ship your bag out (the more days out, the cheaper it is), distance also plays a role in how much the cost is. So if you’re shipping something across the country, it’s going to cost more than if it’s just going a state or two away. Shipping 1 checked bag with Lugless winds up costing about the same as their airlines’ prices in these examples, but if you’d normally be checking 2 bags or more, that’s where the magic happens. OK, OK, except for Southwest 😉
