Some hotels are better than others. We know that and it’s to be expected that some hotels are going to be amazing and others maybe a little less so. But sometimes we find ourselves in a hotel room that goes, instead of above our expectations, way, way below it. Like these…
Always know where the nearest exit it
Kinda reminds me of Tweedledee and Tweedledum. But in this case, it’d be Tweedledum and Tweedledummer
What a view!
Imagine being in Hawaii and you decide to go onto your balcony to look at the view. All you have to do is walk…through your shower???
Is there a pool?
Families that booked this hotel and expected to go swimming are going to be very disappointed. Glad they kept the ladders, though.
Your arms are too short
Nobody has arms long enough for this. I guess you could penguin walk to the roll and then bring it with you back to the toilet? Ask for help from whoever you’re rooming with? (put the foot towel over your lap) Or…ewww…use the foot towel? I dunno.
Well, someone took a shortcut
Not exactly what you want to see when you’re getting into bed
Shower door repair
According to the story, this guy and his girlfriend were staying at a hotel and when he went to take a shower, the door got stuck. The girlfriend called the front desk and it took 3 hours to get someone there who could set him free
Hold onto the handrail for safety
At first glance, this looks like the rail is blocking access to the room. Genius, huh? But if you look carefully, you can see the rail has a hinge so the room occupants aren’t stuck in (or out) of their room
At least the drain won’t stop up
What’s the old saying? Measure twice, cut once?
It all depends on who you’re rooming with
I suppose if you’re saying with a significant other, it might be OK, if you’re both comfortable with it. But if you’re at a conference and rooming with a co-worker? Maybe not so much
Reading is Fundamental
I don’t remember ever actually taking a book out of a hotel’s library, but I guess some people do? Can’t take these, though – they’re for display purposes only!
No hot shower for you!
Whoever installed the grab rail didn’t notice this???
Good luck finding your room
Because if there was ever an easy way to know where the rooms were on your floor, this is definitely not it
