Of course, sometimes you stay at a hotel and everything is perfect. Other times one or two things may go wrong (even if they’re pretty big things, like these).
Of course, some of the situations above happened by accident – something that need to be repaired, poor design, etc. It happens. But then there are the hotel stays where it’s apparent the hotel has either ripped off their guests, or have tried to. Like these:

Hotels should specify what kind of pool…
And what’s in the pool…
They should have looked the hotel up on this website first…
I’d ask for that extra money back…

This doesn’t surprise me at all. That the resort fee is only $33/night is the surprising part
