Those who travel a lot will tell you that THE best way to travel through airports is to have a TSA PreCheck membership – it can save you a whole lot of time (although not as much as it used to).

However having PreCheck is only as good as the airlines in its program. If you’re flying on an airline that doesn’t participate, you can’t use the PreCheck line. So every new airline is a great thing.

The last time a new airline was added to PreCheck’s list, back in June, it brought the list up to 83 airlines in 2 countries (the U.S. and one international location). And now the total is 87, because 4 more airlines have just been added:

Air Europa is the third-largest Spanish airline (after Iberia and Vueling). Started initially as Air España in 1986, it’s part of the SkyTeam alliance.

Flair Airlines is a Canadian low-cost airline headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta. The company operates scheduled passenger and chartered services with a fleet of Boeing 737 aircraft, and has operations throughout North Amerca.

Founded in 2019, Volaris El Salvador is a low-cost airline based in San Salvador. It’s a new subsidiary of Mexican airline Volaris and a local flag carrier for El Salvador.

Italia Trasporto Aereo S.p.A. (a.k.a. ITA Airways), is the new state-owned flag carrier airline of Italy, after the failure of Alitalia. The airline flies to over 41 scheduled domestic, European, and a few intercontinental destinations.
