When you have the opportunity to fly in business or first class, you still need to navigate airport security, crowded terminals, and shared lounges. There are many barriers between you and the “exclusive” experience you worked so hard to get.
Private jet travelers, on the other hand, enjoy a completely different world — exclusive terminals, no queues, and personalized service from car door to aircraft seat.
But what if you’re not flying private and still want that level of luxury and efficiency?
Introducing Priority Pass Private
Priority Pass has launched a new offering called Priority Pass Private, designed for those who want a private aviation-style experience even when flying commercially.
According to the company:
“Designed for the world’s most discerning travellers, Priority Pass Private offers unparalleled luxury and exclusivity. Embark on an unforgettable journey as we redefine the airport experience with exclusive access to luxury private terminals and VIP lounges, personalised services and effortless travel experiences.”
Built on the trusted Priority Pass brand, this new tier aims to turn the airport into part of the luxury journey rather than an inconvenience.
What It Includes
Depending on the airport, the experience can include services such as:
- Private terminals — Expedited check-in and security with no queues.
- VIP lounges — Tailored pre-flight environments designed for privacy and comfort.
- Elite services — Multilingual guest assistance before departure and after arrival.
- Luxury transfers — Chauffeured car service directly to or from your aircraft.
Where It’s Available
Priority Pass Private is now available at more than 70 airports across 30+ countries. Interestingly, two of those airports — Los Angeles (LAX) and Atlanta (ATL) — are also home to PS Private Suites, suggesting that these may be among the facilities participating in the program.
Who Can Join
Here’s the key detail: individual travelers can’t sign up for Priority Pass Private. It’s currently available only to select businesses located in Europe and the Middle East that want to provide an exceptional travel experience for their most valuable clients.
In other words, this is for financial institutions, private banks, and wealth management firms — a way for them to reward top-tier customers with a level of exclusivity beyond even traditional VIP lounges.
You can’t just sign up for Priority Pass Private. To experience it, you’d need to be such an important client that a company — likely your private bank or wealth manager — offers it to you as a thank you.
Final Thought
For most frequent flyers, lounge access and priority boarding already feel like luxury. But Priority Pass Private takes it several steps further — a bespoke, concierge-style airport experience that mirrors the world of private aviation.
For now, it’s out of reach for the general public — but it offers a glimpse into how far the airport experience could evolve for those at the very top of the travel pyramid.
