Nationwide and Global Protests Planned

A large-scale mobilization across the U.S., several European countries, and select locations on other continents is scheduled for this Saturday.

Similar events in 2025 drew millions of participants across thousands of locations, making them some of the largest coordinated demonstrations in recent years.

And it’s happening again

The third No Kings Day will occur on Saturday, March 28, 2026.

The event is a partnership of more than 360 organizations—including religious groups, veterans groups, political organizations, unions, and social advocacy groups—demonstrating against the actions of leaders in the current U.S. government.

From the No Kings website:

Masked secret police terrorizing our communities. An illegal, catastrophic war putting us in danger and driving up our costs. Attacks on our freedom of speech, our civil rights, our freedom to vote. Costs pushing families to the brink. Trump wants to rule over us as a tyrant. But this is America, and power belongs to the people—not to wannabe kings or their billionaire cronies.

Right now, there are thousands of rallies scheduled, not only in the U.S., but Canada, Mexico, Greenland, Australia, the UK, Ecuador, Indonesia, Kenya and throughout the European Union.

Plan accordingly

If you’re planning to be out and about that day—perhaps as a visitor, perhaps as a local—you may want to check where demonstrations will be taking place so you can plan your day accordingly.

A special note to travelers

For those of you who plan to participate in a No Kings Day event and who also have a passport, TSA PreCheck, and/or Global Entry, be aware that there have been reports of travelers experiencing unexpected issues with trusted traveler programs after attending large public events.

Some reports suggest that technologies such as facial recognition or mobile tracking may be used at large-scale events. Participants have been advised to consider keeping their phones off and possibly wearing sunglasses or face masks.

As always, this post is meant to help you plan your travels. Political comments will not be approved.
