When it rains, it pours and four different airlines currently have sales on flights right now. Most end pretty soon, so I wouldn’t wait too long to book.
Alaska Air
Alaska’s sale is in conjunction with the upcoming theatrical release of Marvel Studios’ Captain Marvel. One-way saver fares are as low as $49 between SFO and LAS, $69 between MSO and SEA, $109 between IAD and LAX, $139 between MCO and SAN, and $189 between LIH and PDX.
Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights or all days. Seats must be purchased by March 7, 2019 to be eligible for the sale. Click here for more info and to read the full Terms & Conditions.
Frontier
I totally just managed to surprise Joe on his business trip by showing up at his hotel, and I flew Frontier to get there – it was less than $75 round trip, with taxes etc. all included. And that was WITHOUT a sale!
Speaking of sales – Frontier is having one right now, with one-way fares as low as $24 (that’d be between ATL & MCO, DEN & ORD, ORF & TPA, to start). Sales are for flights on Monday through Saturday and you have to make your purchase by March 6, 2019, and fly by April 17, 2019. Click here to see what other great fares they have and to read the Terms & Conditions.
JetBlue
JetBlue’s Spring Into Savings sale is from the JetBlue Vacations division of the company, and this time you can enjoy 20% off base airfare plus hotel savings when you book flights + hotel together by 3/11 for travel 3/12–6/12/19.
Blackout dates of 4/16-4/24 and 5/28/19 apply, of course. Here’s what else they have to say about the discount:
- JetBlue will cover 20% off base airfare for all travelers when you book an eligible JetBlue Vacations package. Base airfare does not include government taxes/fees, which still apply to airfare. The offer also does not include any applicable hotel costs or hotel taxes.
- The savings you receive from this offer will not be specifically displayed upon searching for or purchasing a JetBlue Vacations package. The savings will automatically be included in the base airfare for each traveler. In other words, you will be quoted a lower per person cost when searching for a vacation package that is eligible for this offer than you would if you were traveling outside of the travel dates or booking a package that is otherwise not eligible.
- This offer is not valid in connection with Cash + TrueBlue Points redemption option. Packages must be paid for using a major credit card at time of booking.
- For general questions or to confirm your savings, please call 844-JB-VACAY (528-2229).

Southwest
Southwest is starting its upcoming flights to Hawaii with a amazing sale on flights to/from the Aloha State. We’re talking OAK or SJC to HNL or to OGG starting at a mere $49 one way! They also have sales on their routes between islands, such as between HNL and OGG or KOA starting at just $29 one way!
These introductory flights aren’t going to last forever. In fact, they’re only available through March 5, 2019, at 11:59pm PST. Click here for more info.
Oh, and if you’re not in the market to fly to Hawaii, Southwest has loads of other one-way flights on sale, too – those give you a little more leeway for planning…until March 7, 2019. Check out this page of their website to see.
