Ticketmaster is currently running a special where you can tickets to many concerts for $25 or less. The sale runs from now through September 3rd but there are only a limited number of tickets for each concert available at this special price. When searching, you just need to unlock the END OF SUMMER, NO BUMMER tickets with the password SUMMER.
You won’t find discounted tickets for Beyonce or Garth Brooks but there are many concerts at, for example, House of Blues in Orlando that still have tickets available.
It might not look like a big savings when you see that normal tickets are only $29.50, as in the above example. However, that $29.50 price is before the Ticketmaster fees of $11.25 per ticket are added in. With the End Of Summer No Bummer Sale, tickets are a flat $25 with no additional fees. That’s possibly a huge savings, as Ticketmaster fees can often end up being 25% to 45% of the final ticket price.
As a reminder, you can stack the discount codes from the Ticketmaster settlement to these tickets and get them up for even less money.
I picked up some tickets with this sale as I really love seeing concerts at House of Blues. Since I’m tall, I have no problem seeing the stage in the general admission, standing room only environment. Here’s the view I had for the most recent Sister Hazel concert I went to.
I also just went to see Matt Nathanson and here’s the view I had of that show.
Not bad. I really was in the second and third row of people from the stage.
I wish I could forward a link to find tickets for these concerts but there isn’t a single link I could find. It appears that each venue has their own specific link that goes to a listing of concerts available at the special price. One way I found to search which shows were available was clicking through to “buy tickets” and the prices will show if the special rate is available.
Next to travel, I love going to concerts almost as much. These offers let me see more shows for less money and that’s always a good thing.
