Working From Home? MGM Resorts Is Offering “Work From Las Vegas” Packages

by SharonKurheg

In the interest of safety due to COVID-19, millions of employees are still working from home. It’s been a nice change for some, but for others, it’s a struggle to have such a thin line between home and work. Some wind up working more hours than they usually would, while others have ongoing distractions such as kids and pets.

Coincidentally enough, multiple hotels in Las Vegas are having problems filling rooms on weekdays. So, why not offer weekday room packages in Sin City for people who want to work in a different environment during the day and have some fun at night? That’s precisely what MGM Resorts International is doing. They’ve developed a package they’re calling “Viva Las Office.”

From their website:

You know what’s even better than working from home? Working from Bellagio or ARIA – two of MGM Resorts’ most luxurious properties.

With our Viva Las Office limited midweek promotion, you can do just that. Then you can still be a responsible employee during the day. Then you can cut loose in the casino, indulge in world-class cuisine, and sleep like royalty in a plush bed that you don’t have to make in the morning.

That’s GENIUS!

“We understand that working from home every day can become taxing and monotonous, and we are excited to offer a safe and curated experience here at Bellagio and ARIA that combines work and play,” said Atif Rafiq, President of Commercial and Growth for MGM Resorts. “These packages are designed to offer the best of both worlds. A safe, spacious work setting while still allowing guests to enjoy the amenities and experiences Las Vegas is known for through a single offering.”

There are three Viva Las Vegas package options:

The Associate

  • Room accommodations: Bellagio Resort King or ARIA Deluxe King
