Hyatt and DoorDash have been loosely connected for years through Chase, but this is one of those short-term promos that’s easy to miss — and easy to use if you already order delivery or stay at Hyatt hotels.
Hyatt just dropped a limited-time DoorDash promo that’s worth a quick mention because it adds extra World of Hyatt points and a small (but real) discount when you’re staying at a Hyatt.
Important: this offer applies to both the World of Hyatt Credit Card and the World of Hyatt Business Credit Card.
1) Extra Hyatt points on DoorDash (Jan 22 – Apr 22, 2026)
From 1/22/2026 through 4/22/2026, you’ll earn 1 additional World of Hyatt Bonus Point per $1 on qualifying DoorDash purchases when you pay with either Hyatt card.
- Restaurant orders: This stacks on top of the card’s normal dining earning, so you’ll earn 3X total on DoorDash restaurant orders during the promo.
- Non-restaurant orders: You’ll earn 2X total during the promo.
Quick fine print that matters: Purchases must be made through DoorDash.com or the DoorDash app and must post within the promo window. DashPass/membership fees don’t qualify, and delayed posting could push a charge outside the offer period.
2) 50% off one DoorDash delivery to a Hyatt (up to $10)
Also from 1/22/2026 through 4/22/2026, you can get 50% off one DoorDash order (up to a $10 discount) when it’s delivered to a participating U.S. Hyatt property and you pay with either Hyatt card.
- Discount applies to the order subtotal only (not fees, taxes, or tip)
- Delivery only (not pickup)
- No alcohol
- Must pay with the card directly — Apple Pay / Google Pay won’t qualify
- It’s one use per eligible card account, and any unused value is forfeited
The quick YMMV take
This isn’t a massive new “partnership benefit” so much as a short-term sweetener. The extra point on DoorDash is nice if you already order delivery, and the one-time 50% discount is most useful if you’ve got a Hyatt stay coming up before late April.
Just don’t overthink it: if you’re ordering from DoorDash anyway, use your World of Hyatt personal or business card during the promo window to earn extra points.
