SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD: The Hallmark Channel® Good Witch Vacation Celebration Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 9:00:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on Monday, April 23, 2018 and ends at 8:59:59 PM PT on Monday, July 2, 2018.

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia, age 18 or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, outside the U.S., and wherever else prohibited by law. Employees of Crown Media United States, LLC (the “Sponsor”), Universal City Development Partners, Ltd. d/b/a Universal Orlando Resort (“Universal Orlando”), US Sweepstakes & Fulfillment Company (the “Administrator”) and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and marketing/prize providers, and the immediate family members of, and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

ENTRY: During the Sweepstakes Entry Period, visit http://www.hallmarkchannel.com/goodwitch/sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes Website”) and follow all entry instructions to complete the entry form in its entirety, and submit (the “Entry”). Entries must be received between Monday, April 23, 2018 at 9:00:00 AM PT and Monday, July 2, 2018 at 8:59:59 PM PT (the “Sweepstakes Entry Period”). Entrants will be given the opportunity to play an online game per the onscreen instructions in order to earn additional entries (“Game Entry”) for a potential maximum of one (1) Entry and seven (7) Game Entries per day. Entrant must complete an Entry first in order to earn additional Game Entry(ies). Entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. The Sweepstakes Website’s database clock will be the official timekeeper the Sweepstakes. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means and entries by any means which subvert the entry process will be void. Limit: one (1) entry per person per day and seven (7) Game Entries per person per day, regardless if the entrant has more than one email address.

In the event of a dispute, Entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized Account Holder” means the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Any entrant may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder to Sponsor’s satisfaction.

Hereafter, Entry shall refer to both Entry and Bonus Entry, collectively.

Grand Prize: There will be one (1) Grand Prize (“Prize”) awarded. The Prize winner (“Winner”) will receive a four (4) day, three (3) night trip for Winner and up to three (3) guests (“Guests”) to Universal Orlando Resort™ in Orlando, Florida (“Trip”).

Trip will include: round trip coach class air transportation for Winner and up to three (3) Guests from a major commercial airport near Winner’s home (as determined by Universal Orlando in their sole discretion) to Orlando, FL; three (3) nights standard hotel accommodation (one room, quadruple occupancy, room and tax only) at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort or at another on-site hotel (as determined by Universal Orlando in their sole discretion); non-exclusive ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in Orlando, FL; 3-Day 3-Park Park-to-Park tickets for admission to Universal Studios Florida and Universal’s Islands of Adventure theme parks and Universal’s Volcano Bay water theme park, for Winner and up to three (3) Guests; and admission to one (1) Blue Man Group Show (exact date and time to be determined by Universal Orlando in their sole discretion) for Winner and up to three (3) Guests. For a Winner who is a Florida resident, air transportation may be substituted with another method of transportation at Universal Orlando’s sole discretion.

The FMV of Grand Prize is: $3,863.32

Winner will be solely responsible for any other expenses associated with using the prize. Winner must accept the prize as stated or prize may be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate prize winner. Any difference between the stated FMV of a prize and the actual value of a prize will not be awarded to the prize winner. Prize is non-transferable in whole or in part except at the discretion of Sponsor. No substitution or cash redemption except at the discretion of Sponsor, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Sponsor and/or Universal Orlando reserves the right, to substitute a prize (or component thereof) of equal or greater value in the event a prize is unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to prize upon being awarded to Winner and Sponsor and/or Universal Orlando does not have any obligation or responsibility to replace prize if lost, damaged or stolen. Sponsor and/or Universal Orlando has not made nor in any manner is responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize thereof, including but not limited to its quality, condition, appearance, safety, performance. Sponsor and/or Universal Orlando is not responsible for any fees, costs, or additional charges resulting from an Entrant or prize winner entering and participating in the Sweepstakes and/or being awarded and/or receiving and/or using a prize.

PRIZE CONDITIONS: Trip must be completed by July 2, 2019 or Prize will be forfeited. Travel dates and arrangements are subject to air travel, holiday, blackout dates, and other prize and travel restrictions. Travel dates are subject to Universal Orlando and Sponsor approval. Reservations are subject to availability. Trip must be booked at least sixty (60) days prior to intended departure date. If Winner elects to partake in any or all portions of his/her Prize with fewer than the allotted number of Guests or no Guest, the Prize will be awarded to Winner and each participating Guest and any remainder of the Prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation. All elements of the Prize must be redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted after confirmation of any redemption. If Winner is between the ages of eighteen (18) and twenty-one (21), he/she must be accompanied by an adult of at least twenty-one (21) years of age in order to check into the on-site hotel. Unless child or ward of Winner or one of the allotted Guests, each Guest must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on the same itinerary and at the same time as the Winner. FMV of Prize may vary depending upon the points of departure, ground transportation, and/or airline fare fluctuations; any difference between stated FMV and final FMV of Prize will not be awarded. Prize consists only of the elements expressly set forth above; no other elements or expenses (including, without limitation, insurance, meals, unspecified ground transportation, phone calls, baggage, gratuities, incidentals, souvenirs, gasoline, etc.) are included in the Prize and all such expenses are the sole responsibility of Winner. Winner is responsible for any air travel taxes and/or expenses, including applicable departure taxes or fees, inspection charges, baggage fees, and security charges. Winner and Guests are responsible for obtaining, at their own expense, any necessary travel documentation (i.e. valid photo identification, visas, passports, etc.) prior to travel. Once issued, tickets are nontransferable and may not be reissued once travel has commenced. Open tickets may not be issued and stopovers are not permitted. Travel arrangements must be made through Universal Orlando.

Trip and its components may not be sold, traded, transferred, or rescheduled to dates not within the fulfillment period set forth above, or refunded. Trip is not redeemable for cash in whole or in part. Sponsor and/or Universal Orlando reserves the right to substitute the prize (or a component thereof) for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Tickets awarded as part of the prize are subject to additional terms and conditions stated on such tickets. The actual value of the Prize depends upon the city of departure, time of travel, any airfare fluctuations, and current market conditions at time of prize fulfillment. Show tickets are non-transferrable and will be issued in the name submitted by Winner when entering the Sweepstakes. Tickets could be subject to program availability, venue capacity, and age restrictions. Selection of show seat locations is at Universal Orlando’s sole discretion.

Sponsor and Universal Orlando shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by air carriers, hotels or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any services and accommodations to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. Sponsor and Universal Orlando shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage or any other loss, damage, or injury to persons or property.

PRIZE DRAWINGS/NOTIFICATION/ODDS:
Grand Prize Drawing: One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing taking place on or about Monday, July 9, 2018, from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.

Drawing will take place at the offices of the Administrator whose decisions are final. Prize award is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

The potential Grand Prize winner will be confirmed via email and/or phone and will be required to sign and return, within seven (7) days of notification, an Affidavit of Eligibility, an IRS Form W-9, a Liability Waiver, and where allowable, a Publicity Release (collectively, “the Releases”). Each Guest and/or the legal guardian of the Guest who is a minor, must complete and return a Liability/Publicity/Travel Release prior to travel prior to issuance of travel documents.

If a winner is otherwise eligible under these Official Rules, but is nevertheless deemed a minor in his or her state of primary residence, the prize will be awarded in the name of winner’s parent or legal guardian who will be required to execute and return the Releases on minor’s behalf, as applicable, and such parent or legal guardian must accompany Winner as his/her Guest on the Trip.

If a prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if a potential winner cannot be contacted, if potential winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these rules, or if the selected winner cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason, that potential winner will be disqualified, and the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner. Non-winning entrants will not be notified.

If a prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if a potential winner cannot be contacted, if potential winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these rules, or if the selected winner cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason, that potential winner will be disqualified, and the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner. Non-winning entrants will not be notified.

Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

WINNER REQUIREMENTS: Potential Winner, whose prize is valued at $600 or more, will be required to furnish his/her Social Security Number in order for an IRS Form 1099 in the value of the prize can be supplied to each winner. All federal, state and local taxes resulting from acceptance and use of prize are the responsibility of the Winner. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, an alternate winner may be selected in a separate random drawing. Acceptance of any prize shall constitute and signify winner’s agreement and consent that Sponsor may use the winner’s name, city, state, likeness, and/or prize information in connection with the Sweepstakes, worldwide, including the Internet, without limitation and without further payment or consideration, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor shall not incur any liability whatsoever to the extent Sponsor chooses to refrain from any exploitation of its rights hereunder. Winner will indemnify Sponsor, Released Parties (as defined below) and any licensee of Sponsor against all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable counsel fees and legal expenses) arising out of any breach of these terms.

RELEASE: By participating, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Universal Orlando, US Sweepstakes & Fulfillment Co., and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising/promotion agencies, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes or for any other reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrant, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for misdirected or undeliverable entries or for any technical problems, malfunctions of computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical/other error in entries, selection announcement or for any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, accessing or downloading information in connection with this Sweepstakes. If for any reason an entrant’s Sweepstakes entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes, provided that, if it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, for any reason, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the Sweepstakes prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims.

DISPUTES: EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED, ENTRANT AGREES THAT: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, AND EXCLUSIVELY BY THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA OR THE APPROPRIATE CALIFORNIA STATE COURT LOCATED IN LOS ANGELES COUNTY; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, THAT CLAIMS FOR BODILY INJURY, PERSONAL INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF THE REDEMPTION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE OR ANY PORTION THEREOF MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE JURISDICTION AND VENUE OF THE FEDERAL AND STATE COURTS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, AND CONSTRUED AND ENFORCED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA.
