I received an interesting email from Delta offering me up to $150 in eCredits for flying in Delta Comfort.
The offer itself caught my attention. But when I clicked through, I discovered something else that was probably more useful:
Delta has an entire page in your SkyMiles account showing promotions available to you.
I’ve been a SkyMiles member for years, and somehow I never knew this was a thing.
Where To Find Your Delta Promotions
It’s actually pretty easy once you know where to look, and Delta makes the Promotions page available both on its website and in the app.
On Delta.com, log into your account, open My SkyMiles and select Promotions.
That takes you to the page showing the promotions currently available through your SkyMiles account.
You can also find the same page in the Delta app.
Go to Account, make sure you’re on the SkyMiles tab, scroll down and tap Promotions.
That brings up the Available Promotions page.
Delta explains that this is where you can browse current promotions, enroll in eligible offers, track your progress on promotions you’ve joined and look back at past promotions.
Until I received this email, I had no idea Delta had a page like this.
There Were Several Offers In My Account
When I checked my Promotions page, several offers were listed.
Some were fairly generic, including an offer to earn 5X miles on a first Delta Stays reservation and a discount of up to $200 on Delta Vacations.
There was also an offer for 500 bonus miles for enrolling in Delta Business Traveler.
And then there was the one marked “NEW” – the same promotion Delta had emailed me about.
My Delta Comfort Offer
My promotion offers up to $150 in Delta eCredits for enrolling, booking and completing qualifying Delta Comfort flights by November 19, 2026.
Here’s how the offer breaks down:
- $25 eCredit after the first qualifying domestic flight
- $25 eCredit after the second qualifying domestic flight
- $100 eCredit after one qualifying flight to Europe
That means there’s a maximum of $150 available if I complete all three qualifying flights.
The domestic part isn’t enough to make me book Delta Comfort solely because of the promotion. I’m not going to spend significantly more on a ticket just to get a $25 eCredit later.
But if I were already considering Comfort, getting some of that cost back as a credit toward a future Delta flight could make the price difference easier to justify.
The $100 eCredit for a qualifying flight to Europe is much more interesting. If the difference between Main Cabin and Delta Comfort were reasonable on a trip I was already planning, getting $100 back could definitely change the calculation.
Delta does say that origin and destination restrictions apply, so I’d check the full terms before booking anything specifically because of the promotion.
This Offer Appears To Be Targeted
The Delta Comfort promotion appears to be targeted, so there’s no guarantee you’ll see the same offer in your account. However, it was on both my and my wife Sharon’s accounts.
That’s also why finding the Promotions page was arguably more interesting than the promotion itself.
You could have a completely different offer sitting there. Some promotions also require enrollment, so finding one after you’ve already taken the trip probably won’t help.
Now I Know Where To Look
I started out thinking the interesting part of Delta’s email was the chance to earn up to $150 in eCredits.
Instead, the more useful discovery may have been learning that Delta has a Promotions page in the first place.
If you have a SkyMiles account, it takes less than a minute to check My SkyMiles > Promotions on Delta.com or Account > SkyMiles > Promotions in the Delta app.
You might find nothing particularly exciting.
Or you might discover an offer you didn’t know was there.
Either way, now that I know this page exists, I’ll be checking it occasionally.
