Don’t Forget To Get Your Free Entries In The Starbucks For Life Contest

by joeheg

Starbucks has developed several holiday traditions tied to the company over the years. There are the iconic holiday cups, gingerbread and peppermint coffee flavors and of course Cranberry Bliss Bars. One more Starbucks tradition, at least for the past several years, has been the Starbucks for Life contest.

This year’s contest runs much the same as the last few years’ iterations. You earn plays by buying Starbucks, completing challenges and by claiming free entries online. Each entry earns you a game piece for a prize. Each prize requires you to earn three different pieces. Instead of a game piece, there are also several instant win prizes.

Finally, when you collect three duplicate game pieces (ones you’ve already placed on your game board), you get either an additional game piece or a sweepstakes entry for a $500 Starbucks gift card.

Here are the big prizes this year.

The prizes this year feature more external brands that I remember from past contests. The addition of Bose earbuds and free flights on Alaska Airlines as prizes is a nice addition.

You can get two regular entries per day, either through your in-store purchases or by claiming your free entries online. To get the free entries, there’s a link on the bottom of the game board,  It only takes a minute to get those free entries, so why not give it a try. Unless you’re one of those people who hates Starbucks.
