Taking advantage of AMEX Offers is still one of the easiest ways to chip away at the annual fees on American Express cards. Not every offer is worth your time, of course. Plenty are tied to stores you’d never shop at or require spending more than you ever planned. But every so often, AMEX rolls out an offer that’s so simple it almost feels like free money.
This latest one definitely falls into that category.
We’ve written before about why you should always pay attention to AMEX Offers, and this new Apple Pay deal is a perfect example of why it pays to keep checking your account.
$10 Back for Using Apple Pay Three Times
Both my wife Sharon and I received a new AMEX Offer that’s about as easy as they come. After enrolling, you’ll earn a one-time $10 statement credit when you use Apple Pay three times for eligible purchases by May 21, 2026.
There’s no merchant-specific requirement and no large spending threshold to hit. According to the terms, you just need to make three qualifying Apple Pay purchases using the enrolled card. Purchases can be made in-app, online, or in-store, as long as the merchant accepts American Express through Apple Pay.

Check Every Card In Your Household
As always, AMEX Offers can show up in some strange ways.
In our case, I received the offer on my Platinum Card. Sharon, meanwhile, was able to add it to either her Gold Card or her Platinum authorized user card. That’s a good reminder that even within the same household, the same offer may appear on different cards, and sometimes you may need to decide which card gets it.
That’s why it’s worth checking every AMEX login carefully, especially if you’re managing cards for two players. Don’t assume that because an offer showed up on one card, it’ll automatically be available on another. And if it appears on multiple cards, pay attention before clicking, as you may only be able to add it to one.
What Counts And What Doesn’t
The terms are pretty straightforward. The offer is only valid when you pay using Apple Pay with the enrolled card. If you use the physical card directly, the purchase won’t count. Gift cards, person-to-person payments, prepaid card reloads, fees, interest charges, and similar transactions are excluded.
Purchases must also be made in U.S. dollars, and the offer is limited to one $10 statement credit per eligible card member account. So this isn’t a huge moneymaker, but it’s a very easy win for something many people already use.
Final Thought
This is exactly the kind of AMEX Offer I like to see: simple, useful, and easy to complete without changing your spending habits. If you already use Apple Pay for everyday purchases, this is basically a free $10 for taking a few seconds to enroll.
It’s also a good reminder to keep checking all of your AMEX cards. Offers can vary by card, and even authorized-user cards can offer different options. You never know when AMEX will slip in a low-effort deal like this one.
