Hilton Honors has launched its new summer promotion, and this time it’s bringing back another familiar name: More Nights, More Points.
That follows the Points Unlimited promotion Hilton offered earlier this year. At this point, Hilton seems to have a handful of promotion names sitting on a shelf, ready to be reused whenever it’s time to offer members another modest points bonus.

How The Promotion Works
Hilton Honors members who register can earn bonus points on eligible stays completed between June 1 and August 15, 2026.
- Stays of 1 to 3 nights: 2,000 bonus Hilton Honors points
- Stays of 4 nights or longer: 4,000 bonus Hilton Honors points
There is no cap on the number of bonus points you can earn during the promotion period. You do need to register before completing an eligible stay, but stays booked before registration can still qualify.
At Least Longer Stays Get Something Extra
Hilton’s previous promotion gave members 2,000 bonus points per stay, whether the stay was for one night or a full week.
This time, a stay of four nights or longer earns 4,000 bonus points. So, technically, the new offer is better for longer stays.
But let’s keep this in perspective. Using a rough value of half a cent per Hilton point, the bonus is worth about:
- $10 for a stay of up to 3 nights
- $20 for a stay of 4 nights or longer
That’s fine if you were already staying at a Hilton property. It’s not enough to change your hotel plans.
Why Hilton Promotions Feel So Unrewarding
Part of the problem is that Hilton points are already relatively easy to earn.
A paid Hilton stay earns base points. If you have Hilton elite status, you earn additional bonus points on top of that. And if you pay with a Hilton credit card, you can add another pile of points.
Against that backdrop, an extra 2,000 or 4,000 points doesn’t feel especially meaningful. For someone with status and a Hilton credit card, the promotional bonus may end up being only a small portion of the points earned from the stay.
That’s one reason Hilton promotions rarely feel like much of an incentive anymore. They’re worth registering for, but they are usually not worth planning around.
Final Thought
Hilton’s new More Nights, More Points promotion is slightly better than the Points Unlimited offer from earlier this year, since stays of four nights or longer now earn twice as many bonus points.
Still, this feels like more of the same from Hilton: a recycled promotion name attached to a small number of bonus points that most members will gladly accept but few will find exciting.
If you already have Hilton stays planned this summer, register and take the extra points. Just don’t expect this promotion to make your next award stay arrive much faster.
