SpongeBob Fan? You Can Sleep In A Real Life Pineapple Under The Sea Hotel! (OK, Not Under The Sea – But Near It!)

by SharonKurheg

Who lives in a pineapple under the sea? *Add Your Name* SquarePants! Well, OK, you won’t really be under the sea. But you’ll be just a short walk away from it, and that counts, right? And hello, LIVING IN A PINEAPPLE!

Yup, in mid-2016, Nickelodeon built the Nick Resort Punta Cana ( a Karisma Gourmet Inclusive® Resort) in the Dominican Republic and besides the entire complex being Nickelodeon themed, they included a one-of-a-kind SpongeBob SquarePants themed villa. Here’s more about it…

The 2-story, 1500 sq.ft.  villa has 2 bedrooms and 3 baths and can comfortably hold up to 6 people (4 adults & 2 children or 2 adults & 4 children). The space is equipped with all the modern amenities and luxurious accommodations required for the most discerning Spongebob fan:

Oh, and if you’re bringing a baby, they’re stocked with Gotcha Covered amenities such as baby food, cribs, kids’ spa robes and baby bottle warmers for infants and toddlers.

“The décor is Bikini-Bottom inspired, including the indoor and outdoor living and dining areas, a private master suite with a king size bed, smart TV and closets. Your marble bathroom is complete with double sinks, an indoor shower, as well as an inviting Aguas del Amor outdoor shower and freestanding tub. The second bedroom is on the upper level of the villa’s loft-style living room and is complete with two single beds, TV and private bathroom.

“The living room features a pull-out sofa bed, dining room, TV, storage space, a private bathroom and access to the Suite’s sublime private gardens and patio where the Pineapple’s signature infinity pool, sun-bathing beds, dining and living area can be found.”

Besides all of that, you even get your own private butlers to take care of your every whim, including daily premium newspaper and magazine delivery, private tours, restaurant and spa reservations, as well as custom-made private activities such as a moonlight beach dinner prepared by a world-class chef, wine tasting, an in-suite afternoon tea party, pizza party or pajama party.
